Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 July 2026
Welcome to CollabMe. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and CollabMe and govern your use of the CollabMe app and collabme.app website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract in your country, to use CollabMe. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You may not impersonate others or create an account using someone else's identity.
- Notify us promptly at support@collabme.app if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting content, you grant CollabMe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or account, except for content others have already shared or where retention is required by law.
You are responsible for the content you post and represent that you have the rights to share it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, violent, or that infringes others' intellectual property or privacy.
- Spam, scam, or mislead other users, or engage in fraudulent job or collaboration offers.
- Harvest data, reverse engineer, or interfere with the security or operation of the Service.
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of these Terms or our community guidelines.
5. Reporting and moderation
You can report posts, profiles, and messages that violate these Terms. We may review reported content and, at our discretion, remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community guidelines.
6. Jobs and collaborations
CollabMe is a platform that helps creatives and companies connect. We are not a party to any agreement, hiring decision, payment, or collaboration arranged between users. You are solely responsible for your dealings with other users, and you should exercise judgment before sharing personal information or entering into any arrangement.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (such as hosting, database, and authentication services) and may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.
8. Termination
You may stop using CollabMe and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CollabMe will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
